What was the genesis of your dealership?

Our products focus on design and performance, in line with leading international standards. There are many international sanitary ware companies that have entered the market. How are they performing? How are they competing with Indian brands?
There are many international sanitary wares coming into the market. We never underestimate any brand. Each brand has its own speciality and updated specification and innovative ideas. In an effort to extend our presence further, we are always looking for valued patrons. Adhering to the business motto of “Customer Oriented, Organized Management and Faithful Operation “, we sincerely hope to establish business relationships with companies.
Today there is a concept of ‘complete bathroom solutions’ offered by brands. Are consumers opting for these concept bathrooms or are they still mixing and matching?
Today people are so advanced that they can’t compromise their concept. Theory may vary from person to person based on technology. “Complete Bath Solutions” is nevertheless a hypothetical statement. Mixing and matching is less these days.
Which companies are providing high quality water saving bath fittings today? Is there a great demand for such products?
It all really depends on the after-sales concept and the service provided. We work closely with client companies, identifying needs, culture, economic factors and market trends, and then shouldering the responsibility in providing a build ware solution that will add value to the client. We understand our customers need fast and we deliver constantly and consistently. Most of the listed companies provide us high quality water saving bath fittings.
There has been an increase in the premium segment in the sanitary ware industry. Who according to you is the leader in this segment and which are some their best-selling products?
This is true. We can’t take a name as it is really upon the customer’s mentality to select the brand. The leader brand in the industry is the brand which gives maximum support from the stage of specification till the customer opt for the after-sales services.
What matters is the model which gets updated. We assure that the brand which supplies a series of products focusing at design and humanization performance, in line with leading international standards of design, quality and service will rise up in the market.
How do you rate the demand of bathroom furniture? Are consumers opting for this?
We have very infrequent requirements for bathroom furniture. However people sometimes have requirements for “vanities”.
What do you think could be the trends in this segment in the coming year? Do you see any new ideas product-wise?
We can’t judge the future updates. We are sure our successful experience in sanitary items will win the customer’s reliance and our regularly updated series of products will also meet the latest demands of the constantly evolving modern customer.
